CALL TO ORDER AND FLAG SALUTE <br />Chair Jacobsen called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m., and led the flag salute. <br />2. ROLL CALL <br />Directors Present: Jacobsen, Lange, Gillette, Holt <br />Berger arrived at 7:40 p.m. <br />Directors Absent: None <br />Staff Present: General Manager Ward; Administrators, Washington, Sorensen, <br />Jorgensen; and Administrative Secretary Tobin <br />3. SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS <br />None <br />4. ITEMS FROM THE PUBLIC <br />None <br />5. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />It was moved by Lange, seconded by Holt, and carred 4-0, with Berger not yet <br />in attendance, to approve the agenda as presented. <br />6. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />A. Approval of Minutes of Meeting of May 22, 1997 <br />B. Approval of Warrants, Exhibit A H, Total $356,197.32 <br />It was moved by Holt, seconded by Lange, and carred 4-0, with Berger not yet <br />in attendance to approve the Consent Calendar as presented. <br />
