April 17, 1997 <br />Page 4 <br />It was moved by Lange, seconded by Holt, and carried unanimously, 5- <br />0, to award the contract to Driveway Specialists, Inc., for the Willow <br />Bend restroom, foundation, walkway, and utility connections in the <br />amount of $15,615.00 and a ten percent (10%) contingency amount of <br />$1,562.00. Funds shall be taken from the Park Dedication fees, Capital <br />Improvement funds, 13-20-710-7303-97-2174-4010. <br />D. Authorization To Execute Agreement For The Provision Of A Summer <br />Recreation Program For The City Of Westlake Village <br />Wiley stated that the program has been conducted for ten years, the <br />agreement has been reviewed and approved by the Westlake Village City <br />Council, and the program is similar to last year's. <br />It was moved by Gillette, seconded by Holt, and carried unanimously, <br />5-0, to authorize the General Manager to execute the agreement <br />between the City of Westlake Village and the District for provision of an <br />afternoon summer recreation program and authorize staff to proceed <br />with the implementation of the program on a reimbursed cost basis. <br />E. Authorization To Approve Memorandum Of Understanding With <br />Foxmoor Property Owners Association For Provision Of A Summer <br />Recreation Program <br />Wiley stated that this is an annual request for the provision of a morning <br />program, and, if approved, this will be the program's 15th year. <br />It was moved by Gillette, seconded by Berger, and carried unanimously, <br />5-0, to authorize the General Manager to sign the submitted <br />Memorandum of Understanding with the Foxmoor Property Owners <br />Association and authorize staff to proceed with the implementation of <br />the program on a reimbursed cost basis. <br />9.
