CONEJO RECREATION AND PARK DISTRICT <br />BOARD OF DIRECTORS REGULAR MEETING <br />APRIL 17, 1997 <br />7:30 P.M. <br />GOEBEL SENIOR ADULT CENTER <br />MINUTES <br />1. CALL TO ORDER AND FLAG SALUTE <br />Chair Jacobsen called the meeting to order at 7:32 p.m., and Ward led the flag <br />salute. <br />2. ROLL CALL <br />Directors Present: Berger, Gillette, Holt, Jacobsen, and Lange <br />Berger arrived at 7:40 p.m. <br />Directors Absent: None <br />Staff Present: General Manager Ward, Administrator Sorensen, Recreation <br />Manager Wiley, Accounting Supervisor Robertson, and Executive Secretary Ohren <br />3. SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS <br />Conejo Valley Days - Clay Hulett <br />Hulett, representing Conejo Valley Days Activities Committee, thanked the District <br />for its support and for use of the site, and stated his organization's commitment to <br />leave the site in good condition. He distributed event mementos. <br />On behalf of the Board, Gillette congratulated Hulett and wished the organization <br />success. <br />Goebel Senior Adult Center - Conejo Valley Follies And Acting Workshop - Mark <br />Schrock <br />Schrock introduced John Bravo, who highlighted the organization, its goals, and <br />members. The group presented several comedy vignettes. <br />Board members praised the presentation and thanked the members for their <br />performances. <br />
