General Manager's Report <br />Ward identified the following calendar of events and <br />dates: a COSCA meeting on March 12, the VCSDA annual <br />meeting on March 11, the CPRS Conference on March 13, <br />and the Tri -Valley Alliance joint meeting on March 27 in <br />Camarillo. He said that the present Board meeting will <br />be adjourned to March 18, 7 p.m. at the City Council <br />Chambers, and a tour of the Hill Canyon site was <br />conducted March 5. <br />E. Directors' Reports <br />Referencing a recent special district article in the <br />Star, Gillette said that the District compares very <br />favorably to similar organizations, and Ward noted that <br />the employee census figure cited in the article was <br />inaccurate. <br />Lange said that Eldred Lokker, former General Manager of <br />Pleasant Valley Recreation and Park District is ill and <br />Lange wished him well. <br />12.
