Minutes 1-23-97 <br />Page 9 <br />He presented a status report on the Hill Canyon project, <br />and he said that staff met with City and School District <br />officials to discuss the draft of the multi -agency poll, <br />and it is hoped that the draft can be brought to <br />conclusion, and determinations made on how to proceed. <br />E. Directors' Reports <br />Lange said he attended the recent Civil War enactment at <br />the Stagecoach Inn, which he said was well presented. <br />He suggested that a new picture of the Board would be <br />appropriate. <br />Holt praised staff involvement in professional activities <br />and organizations, and suggested that Board recognition <br />would be appropriate for such occasions.
