CALL TO ORDER AND FLAG SALUTE <br />Chair Gillette called the meeting to order at 7:36 p.m. and <br />led the flag salute. <br />2. ROLL CALL <br />Directors Present: Berger, Gillette, Holt, and Lange <br />Directors Absent: Jacobsen <br />Staff Present: General Manager Ward, Administrators Jorgensen <br />and Sorensen, and Executive Secretary Ohren <br />3. SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS <br />4. ITEMS FROM THE PUBLIC <br />5. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />It was moved by Holt, seconded by Lange, and carried <br />unanimously, 4-0, to approve the agenda as presented. <br />6. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />A. Minutes of November 7, 1996 Meeting <br />B. Minutes of November 12, 1996 Thousand Oaks City <br />Council/Redevelopment Agency Joint Session <br />C. Warrants, Exhibits A - E, Total $2,655,971.37 <br />It was moved by Lange, seconded by Holt, and carried <br />unanimously, 4-0, to approve the Consent Calendar as <br />presented. <br />
