CONEJO RECREATION AND PARK DISTRICT <br />BOARD OF DIRECTORS REGULAR MEETING <br />AUGUST 8, 1996 <br />7:30 P.M. <br />GOEBEL SENIOR ADULT CENTER <br />M I N U T E S <br />l CALL TO ORDER AND FLAG SALUTE <br />Chair Gillette called the meeting to order at 7:31 p.m. and <br />led the flag salute, <br />2- ROLL CALL <br />Directors Present: Berger, Gillette, Holt, Jacobsen, and <br />Lange <br />Berger arrived at 7:34 p.m. <br />Jacobsen arrived at 7:35 p.m. <br />Directors Absent: None <br />Staff Present: General Manager Ward; Administrators Jorgensen, <br />Sorensen, and Washington; and Executive Secretary Ohren <br />3. SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS <br />4. ITEMS FROM THE PUBLIC <br />5. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />It was moved by Holt, seconded by Lange, and carried <br />unanimously, 3-0, with Berger and Jacobsen not yet in <br />attendance, to approve the agenda as presented. <br />6. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />A. Minutes of July 25, 1996 Meeting <br />B. Warrants, Exhibits A - F, Total $393,815.53 <br />It was moved by Lange and seconded by Holt to approve <br />the Consent Calendar as presented. <br />
