Approval Of Memorandum Of Understanding With Foxmoor <br />Property Owners Association For Summer Recreation Camp <br />Washington stated that this is an annual request, it is <br />staff's intent to work with the association to provide <br />a high quality program, and he noted the recommendation. <br />It was moved by Holt, seconded by Lange, and carried <br />unanimously to authorize the General Manager to sign the <br />submitted Memorandum of Understanding with the Foxmoor <br />Property Owners Association, and authorize staff to <br />proceed with the implementation of the program on a <br />reimbursed cost basis. <br />B. Approval To Grant Easement To G.T.E. On Conejo Creek <br />Northwest <br />Sorensen modified the recommendation to include free <br />cable hookup at Park Place. He said that G.T.E. has <br />verbally agreed to the modification, and the value of <br />such a service would be approximately $5,000. <br />It was moved by Berger, and seconded by Holt, that <br />contingent upon receipt of written assurance that G.T.E. <br />will provide free cable hookup service to 155 E. Wilbur <br />Road, to authorize the General Manager to initiate the <br />granting of an easement to G.T.E. over the northerly ten <br />(10) feet of Conejo Creek Northwest, more specifically <br />described as Assessor's Parcel Number 677-0-100-235. <br />In response to Jacobsen's inquiry, Sorensen said that <br />there is no need for additional cable hookup at other <br />District sites. <br />The Motion carried unanimously. <br />
