APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />It was moved by Lange, seconded by Berger, and carried <br />unanimously, to approve the agenda as presented. <br />6. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />A. Minutes of April 4, 1996 Meeting <br />B. Warrants, Exhibits A - D, Total $265,175.05 <br />It was moved by Jacobsen, seconded by Lange, and carried <br />unanimously, to approve the Consent Calendar as <br />presented. <br />7. DEFERRED MATTERS <br />A. Public Hearing - Lang Ranch Neighborhood Park <br />Sorensen presented an overview of the design, funding, <br />public hearing process, and involvement of Lang Ranch <br />Company. He noted that an MOU (Memorandum of <br />Understanding) was approved on January 18, 1996 between <br />the District and Lang Ranch to jointly fund Phase 1 and <br />11 development for the park site. <br />Gilmore modified the recommendation to read: <br />approve the Master Plan, authorize the General Manager <br />to direct the completion of working drawings for the <br />park, complete the development permit process, and <br />proceed with the development of the park, with the Lang <br />Ranch Company performing the contract bidding and <br />construction. <br />Referencing maps, diagrams, and pictures, Gilmore <br />identified the major components of the Master Plan and <br />significant features of the surrounding area, and <br />answered questions. <br />Gillette opened the Public Hearing. <br />
