CALL TO ORDER AND FLAG SALUTE <br />Vice Chair Jacobsen called the meeting to order at 7:36 <br />p.m., and Holt led the flag salute. <br />2. ROLL CALL <br />Directors Present: Berger, Holt, Jacobsen, and Lange <br />Directors Absent: Gillette <br />Staff Present: General Manager Ward; Administrators Jorgensen, <br />Sorensen, and Washington; and Executive Secretary Ohren <br />3. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />It was moved by Berger, seconded by Holt, and carried <br />unanimously, 4-0, to approve the agenda as presented. <br />6. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />A. Minutes of March 21, 1996 Meeting <br />B. Warrants, Exhibits A - E, Total $243,319.60 <br />It was moved by Holt, seconded by Lange, and carried <br />unanimously, 4-0, to approve the Consent Calendar as <br />presented. <br />
