Minutes 3-7-95 <br />Page 6 <br />5. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />It was moved by Berger, seconded by Holt, and carried <br />unanimously, 4-0, to approve the agenda as presented. <br />6. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />A. Minutes of February 15, 1996 Meeting <br />B. Warrants, Exhibits A - G, Total $353,749.00 <br />It was moved by Lange, seconded by Berger, and carried <br />unanimously, 4-0, to approve the Consent Calendar as <br />presented. <br />8r NEW ITEMS <br />A. Approval Of 1996 Memorandum Of Understanding For Conejo <br />Valley Days Kickoff Picnic <br />Washington noted Miller's earlier statement, and Gillette <br />invited Miller's further comments. <br />It was moved by Berger, seconded by Holt, and carried <br />unanimously, 4-0, to authorize staff to use the submitted <br />Memorandum of Understanding to regulate the Conejo Valley <br />Days Kickoff Picnic. <br />Gillette congratulated Miller and wished him success. <br />Washington asked Miller to consider the following Sunday <br />as a possible rain date, and suggested he contact him. <br />B. Approval Of 1996 Permit Conditions For Conejo Valley Days <br />Sorensen stated that, annually, the permit conditions are <br />brought to the Board for review, the conditions remain <br />the same except for lighting changes along Janss Road, <br />in response to Lange's concerns about pedestrians in the <br />area. <br />In response to Berger's inquiry, it was determined that <br />the date for the event is April 24 through the 28• <br />
