Minutes 2-15-95 <br />Page 6 <br />Jacobsen requested that consideration be given to a regional <br />conference approach involving not only special districts but <br />non -special district entities dedicated to the park and <br />recreation function; this would include Agoura Hills, Westlake <br />Village, and Moorpark; the goal would be to promote a more <br />effective, creative, and knowledgeable interface. Holt <br />suggested asking for staff evaluation of the concept. Lange <br />concurred with Holt. Ward said that the concept would be <br />agendized. <br />Jacobsen said that a year calendar for long range agenda <br />forecasting and scheduling would be helpful. Ward said that, <br />excluding the budget calendar which already exists, other <br />agenda projections may not be very accurate due to changing <br />and unexpected circumstances. Gillette said that he was <br />satisfied with the current process and suggested that the <br />subject be discussed further by Jacobsen and the General <br />Manager. <br />13.
