General Manager's Report <br />Ward said, continuing on Rancho Conejo, that ne had meetings with City <br />Manager Brimhall, and Shapell relative to the transfer of acreage that <br />would be donated to the City and ultimately pass to the District which <br />could conceivably be part of the Hill Canyon region recreation area. <br />Ward drafted a resolution for the City Attorney to review. It will <br />acted upon by the City Council towards the end of month to memorialize <br />the City's commitment to make the transfer. <br />There will be a COSCA meeting on February 14. Ward had a discussion <br />with Paul Varela, manager of the Chumash Interpretive Center, and <br />invited the Board to participate in a tour of the facility. <br />E. Directors' Reports <br />Jacobsen referenced the Parenting Faire taking place at California <br />Lutheran University on Saturday, and urged all to attend. <br />12. REQUEST FOR STATUS REPORTS AND ITEMS FOR SUBSEQUENT AGENDAS <br />In answer to Lange's concern regarding progress on the Peppertree Playfield <br />soccer field, Sorensen said that after the architect doing design work for AYSO <br />delivers the plan for the parking lot and concession building, staff will do a plan <br />check review with the architect and AYSO, and proceed based on the <br />schedules dictated by the review. <br />13.
