CONEJO RECREATION AND PARK DISTRICT <br />BOARD OF DIRECTORS REGULAR MEETING <br />FEBRUARY 1, 1996 <br />7:30 P.M. <br />GOEBEL SENIOR ADULT CENTER <br />MINUTES <br />CALL TO ORDER AND FLAG SALUTE <br />Chair Gillette called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m., and led the flag salute. <br />2. ROLL CALL <br />Directors Present: Gillette, Berger, Lange, Holt. Jacobsen arrived at 7:35 p.m. <br />Directors Absent: None <br />Staff Present: General Manager Ward; Administrators, Washington, Sorensen, <br />Jorgensen; and Administrative Secretary Amy Tobin <br />3. SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS <br />None <br />4. ITEMS FROM THE PUBLIC <br />None <br />5. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />It was moved by Berger, seconded by Lange, and carried unanimously, with <br />Jacobsen not yet in attendance, to approve the agenda as presented. <br />6. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />A. Approval of Minutes of Meeting of January 18, 1996 <br />B. Approval of Warrants, Exhibit A-E, Total $224,758.16. <br />It was moved by Lange, seconded by Berger, and carried unanimously, <br />with Jacobsen not yet in attendance, to approve the consent calendar as <br />presented. <br />
