CALL TO ORDER AND FLAG SALUTE <br />Chair Lange called the meeting to order at 7:35 p.m., and Sorensen led the flag <br />salute. <br />2. ROLL CALL <br />Directors Present: Berger, Gillette, Holt, Jacobsen, and Lange <br />Directors Absent: None <br />Staff Present: General Manager Ward, Administrators Jorgensen, Sorensen, and <br />Washington, and Executive Secretary Ohren <br />3. SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS <br />4. ITEMS FROM THE PUBLIC <br />5. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Lange requested that Item 7.B. precede Item 7.A.. <br />It was moved by Holt, seconded by Jacobsen, and carried 5-0, to approve <br />the agenda as modified, with Item 7.13. to precede Item 7.A. <br />6. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />A. Minutes of July 9, 1998 Meeting <br />B. Warrants, Exhibits A - E, Total $585,910.57 <br />It was moved by Berger, seconded by Holt, and carried 5-0, to <br />approve the Consent Calendar as presented. <br />
