Park Division Report <br />No report. <br />B. Recreation Division Report <br />Washington highlighted the Memorial Day Concert, encouraged all to <br />attend, and said that summer registration and preparatory activities are <br />going well. <br />C. Administration Division Report <br />Jorgensen announced the retirement, effective July 1, of Payroll Clerk <br />Shirley Williams, a 25 -year District employee. <br />D. General Manager's Report <br />Ward said that the Freedom Tree Ceremony to honor Captain Eric Huberth <br />is scheduled for Memorial Day, a Sacramento rally to bring attention to the <br />ERAF issue and sponsored by the California League of Cities, the County <br />Supervisors Association and the California Special Districts Association is <br />scheduled for May 27, the Tri -Valley Alliance meeting and legislative update <br />
