General Manager's Report <br />Ward said that the Freedom Tree Ceremony to honor Captain Eric Huberth <br />is scheduled for Memorial Day, a Sacramento rally to bring attention to the <br />ERAF issue and sponsored by the California League of Cities, the County <br />Supervisors Association and the California Special Districts Association is <br />scheduled for May 27, the Tri -Valley Alliance meeting and legislative update <br />
