CALL TO ORDER AND FLAG SALUTE <br />Chair Lange called the meeting to order at 7:34 p.m., and Holt led the flag salute. <br />2. ROLL CALL <br />Directors Present: Gillette, Holt, Jacobsen, and Lange <br />Jacobsen arrived at 7:36 p.m. <br />Directors Absent: Berger <br />Staff Present: General Manager Ward, Administrators Jorgensen and <br />Washington, Park Maintenance Superintendent Marchesano, and Executive <br />Secretary Ohren <br />3. SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS <br />4. ITEMS FROM THE PUBLIC <br />5. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />It was moved by Gillette, seconded by Holt, and carried 3-0, to approve the <br />agenda as presented. <br />6. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />A. Minutes of May 7, 1998 Meeting <br />B. Warrants, Exhibits A - H, Total $458,565.81 <br />It was moved by Holt, seconded by Gillette, and carried 3-0, to approve <br />the Consent Calendar as presented. <br />
