Authorization To Contract With RLF Publishing For Production, <br />Printing, And Distribution Of Quarterly Program Brochure <br />Washington referenced the documentation, noted the four vendors who <br />submitted bids, said that the brochure is published on a quarterly basis, and <br />stated stall recommendation. <br />In response to Giliefte's inquiry, Washington said that approximately 49,000 <br />copies are published per quarter. <br />Gillette urged that, henceforth, a single, appropriate, fastefui advertisement <br />be considered for the brochure to help defray cost.
