Administration Division Report <br />In response to Lange's inquiry, Jorgensen reported that currently the website <br />renovation is focused on facilitating center registration capability, and Benton <br />said that online registration has increased approximately 30 percent in the <br />past year. <br />D. General Manager's Report <br />Ward reported that he was in Sacramento earlier in the day to participate in <br />the Senate Committee on Local Government's "Working Group on Revising <br />the Recreation and Park District Law," and he expects to return for anther <br />session in approximately a month. He said that at its October 24 meeting, <br />the City Council will consider the 401 Hillcrest renovation project and <br />acquisition of the western plateau, a remote area adjacent to Hill Canyon; <br />and the Hillcrest project and the results of the assessment survey'conducted <br />by Shilts Consultants will be part of the November 2 Board agenda. <br />E. Directors' Reports <br />Lange noted the upcoming November VCSDA (Ventura County Special <br />Districts Association) meeting. Gibson encouraged support of the <br />Neighborhood for Learning Centers (NfLs) program. <br />Berger highlighted COSCA's (Conejo Open Space Conservation Agency) <br />recent Trail Work Day, and thanked Councilmember Andy Fox for his support <br />of the program. <br />12.
