CALL TO ORDER AND FLAG SALUTE <br />Chair Berger called the meeting to order at 7:32 p.m., and Lange led the flag salute. <br />2. ROLL CALL <br />Directors Present: Berger, Gibson, Holt, Jacobsen, and Lange <br />Directors Absent: None <br />Staff Present: Administrators Benton, Jorgensen, and Sorensen, Administrative <br />Secretary Rodriguez, and Executive Secretary Ohren <br />3. SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS <br />4. ITEMS FROM THE PUBLIC <br />5. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />It was moved by Lange, seconded by Jacobsen, and carried 5-0, to approve <br />the agenda as presented. <br />6. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />A. Minutes of November 2, 2000 Meeting <br />B. Warrants, Exhibits A - C, Total $368,193.95 <br />It was moved by Holt, seconded by Jacobsen, and carried 5-0, to <br />approve the Consent Calendar as presented. <br />
