CONEJO RECREATION AND PARK DISTRICT <br />BOARD OF DIRECTORS REGULAR MEETING <br />OCTOBER 5, 2000 <br />7:30 P.M. <br />GOEBEL SENIOR ADULT CENTER <br />MINUTES <br />1. CALL TO ORDER AND FLAG SALUTE <br />Chair Berger called the meeting to order at 7:33 p.m., and Gibson led the flag salute. <br />2. ROLL CALL <br />Directors Present: Berger, Gibson, Holt, Jacobsen, and Lange <br />Directors Absent: None <br />Staff Present: General Manager Ward, Administrators Jorgensen and Sorensen, <br />and Executive Secretary Ohren <br />3. SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS <br />4. ITEMS FROM THE PUBLIC <br />5. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />It was moved by Lange, seconded by Holt, and carried 5-0, to approve the <br />agenda as presented. <br />6. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />A. Minutes of September 21, 2000 Meeting <br />B. Warrants, Exhibits A - E, Total $378,686.06 <br />It was moved by Jacobsen, seconded by Holt, and carried 4-0, with <br />Gibson abstaining, to approve the Consent Calendar as presented. <br />7. DEFERRED MATTERS <br />A. Approval Of Memorandum Of Understanding Between Conejo <br />Recreation And Park District and The Conejo Valley Community Garden <br />Sorensen provided background information including the previously <br />approved Conejo Creek Master Plan, which identified a location in the <br />
