ITEMS FROM THE PUBLIC <br />Nick Quidwai, stated his appreciation for the professional and open conduct of <br />CRPD Board meetings, his support of citizen participation in government, his <br />disappointment that Directors Gibson and Lange publicly stated their endorsement <br />of the proposed Caruso development project adjacent to the Civic Arts Plaza, and <br />said that the land could be more appropriately used for an additional middle school <br />in the community.
