CONEJO RECREATION AND PARK DISTRICT <br />BOARD OF DIRECTORS REGULAR MEETING <br />SEPTEMBER 21, 2000 <br />7:30 P.M. <br />GOEBEL SENIOR ADULT CENTER <br />MINUTES <br />1. CALL TO ORDER AND FLAG SALUTE <br />In the absence of Chair Berger, Jacobsen called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m., <br />and led the flag salute. <br />2. ROLL CALL <br />Directors Present: Holt, Jacobsen, and Lange <br />Directors Absent: Berger, Gibson <br />Staff Present: General Manager Ward, Administrators Benton, Jorgensen, and <br />Sorensen, and Executive Secretary Ohren <br />3. SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS <br />4. ITEMS FROM THE PUBLIC <br />5. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />It was moved by Lange, seconded by Holt, and carried 3-0, to approve the <br />agenda as presented. <br />S. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />A. Minutes of September 7, 2000 Meeting <br />B. Warrants, Exhibits A - D, Total $1,045,153.43 <br />Holt requested that the motion of Item 8.A. on page 3 of the September 7 minutes be <br />changed from "to elect' to "cast the District's vote for." <br />It was moved by Holt, seconded by Lange, and carried 3-0, to approve the <br />Consent Calendar as amended; i.e., on page 3 the motion of Item 8.A. of the <br />September 7 minutes to be changed to read "It was moved by Holt, seconded <br />by Lange, and carried 5-0 to cast the District's vote for Judith E. Cofer, Oxnard <br />
