W. Richardson and William E. Lofts <br />and discussed the two candidates' qualifications. <br />It was moved by Lange, seconded by Jacobsen, and carried 5-0 to <br />cast a ballot on behalf of R. W. Richardson as Alternate Member to <br />Ventura Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCO) and authorize <br />the chair to certify the action of the Board. <br />9.
