CONEJO RECREATION AND PARK DISTRICT <br />BOARD OF DIRECTORS REGULAR MEETING <br />FEBRUARY 10, 2000 <br />7:30 P.M. <br />GOEBEL SENIOR ADULT CENTER <br />MINUTES <br />1. CALL TO ORDER AND FLAG SALUTE <br />Chair Berger called the meeting to order at 7:31 p.m., and Lange led the flag <br />salute. <br />2. ROLL CALL <br />Directors Present: Berger, Gibson, Holt, Jacobsen, and Lange <br />Jacobsen arrived 7:37 p.m. <br />Directors Absent: None <br />Staff Present: General Manager Ward, Administrators Jorgensen and Sorensen, <br />Recreation Services Manager Lindsey, and Executive Secretary Ohren <br />3. SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS <br />Mighty Mite Basketball Program - Thousand Oaks Center Lori Olbrich <br />Berger announced that, due to technical problems, the program would be <br />rescheduled. <br />4. ITEMS FROM THE PUBLIC <br />5. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Berger requested that Item 8.C. precede Item B.A. <br />It was moved by Holt, seconded by Lange, and carried 4-0, with Jacobsen <br />not yet in attendance, to approve the agenda as modified; that is, the <br />cancellation of the Mighty Mite Basketball Program and Item 8.0 to precede <br />Item B.A. <br />6. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />A. Minutes of January 20, 2000 Meeting <br />B. Warrants, Exhibits A - D, Total $450,460.25 <br />Referencing Item 10.E. of the minutes, Berger noted that the correct date of <br />the Ventura County Special Districts Association (VCSDA) annual dinner <br />meeting should be identified as March 30, not March 20. <br />
