General Manager's Report <br />Ward said it is recommended that photographs of Board members for the <br />website be taken by a professional photographer, and he noted handouts of <br />the City of Thousand Oaks website, the draft of the District's new web page, <br />staff response to the Little Hoover Commission questionnaire, and the <br />spring election for CARPD officers. Concluding, he discussed the state <br />budget projections and their potential impact on special districts, and <br />compliance issues at Two Winds Ranch. <br />E. Directors' Reports <br />Lange presented an overview of the November 13 Wheelchairs to the Sea <br />event at Sycamore Canyon, at which the Wilderness Institute presented <br />awards including one to the Santa Monica Mountains Conservancy. <br />Additionally, he referenced the recent Acorn newspaper article on the Oak <br />Creek Canyon Whole Access Trail, and he noted the District was not <br />properly credited. <br />12.
