CONEJO RECREATION AND PARK DISTRICT <br />BOARD OF DIRECTORS REGULAR MEETING <br />NOVEMBER 18,1999 <br />7:30 P.M. <br />GOEBEL SENIOR ADULT CENTER <br />MINUTES <br />1. CALL TO ORDER AND FLAG SALUTE <br />Chair Holt called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m., and Wiley led the flag salute. <br />2. ROLL CALL <br />Directors Present: Berger, Gibson, Holt, Jacobsen, and Lange <br />Directors Absent: None <br />Staff Present: General Manager Ward, Administrators Jorgensen and Sorensen, <br />Recreation Services Manager Wiley, and Executive Secretary Ohren <br />3. SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS <br />4. ITEMS FROM THE PUBLIC <br />Nick Quidwai, Director, Concerned Citizens of Thousand Oaks, commended <br />District minutes and urged their inclusion on the website, critiqued aspects of the <br />November 16 City Council meeting, and stated his hope that District funds spent <br />on the Hill Canyon project can be retrieved. <br />S. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />It was moved by Lange, seconded by Jacobsen, and carried 6-0, to approve <br />the agenda as presented. <br />6. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />A. Minutes of November 4, 1999 Meeting <br />B. Warrants, Exhibits A - D, Total $292,285.84 <br />C. Approval Of September 28, 1999 Minutes Of Hill Canyon Recreation <br />Resources Authority <br />It was moved by Berger, seconded by Lange, and carried ", to <br />approve the Consent Calendar as presented. <br />
