CALL TO ORDER AND FLAG SALUTE <br />Vice chair Jacobsen called the meeting to order at 7:31 p.m., and Berger led the flag <br />salute. <br />2. ROLL CALL <br />Directors Present: Berger, Holt, Jacobsen, and Lange <br />Directors Absent: Gibson <br />Staff Present: General Manager Ward, Administrators Jorgensen and Scott, Senior <br />Park Development Planner Pluth, and Executive Secretary Ohren <br />3. Warrants, Exhibits A - C, Total $392,933.11 <br />It was moved by Holt, seconded by Lange, and carried 4-0, to approve <br />the Consent Calendar as presented. <br />7.
