Park Division Report <br />Sorensen reported that the District is working not only with AYSO (American <br />Youth Soccer Organization) but also California Lutheran University to pursue <br />expanded grant opportunities, and it is expected that Board approval for a <br />renewed AYSO and District long-term use agreement will be sought at the <br />next Board meeting. <br />B. Recreation Division Report <br />Benton reported that numerous holiday crafts events are scheduled including <br />the Holiday Craft Bazaar at Goebel Senior Adult Center on November 3, the <br />Arts and Crafts Holiday Showcase presented by the Therapeutic Unit on <br />November 11, Holiday House Crafts Festival on November 10 at Thousand <br />Oaks Community Center, and the Donna Fargo Memorial Craft -A -Rama <br />presented by the Historical Society at Thousand Oaks Community Center on <br />November 4. <br />Concluding, she said that 1,200 71h and 81h graders attended the Teen Center <br />Halloween Dance on October 27. <br />C.
