CALL TO ORDER AND FLAG SALUTE <br />In the absence of Chair Gibson, Vice Chair Jacobsen called the meeting to order at <br />7:37 p.m. and led the flag salute. <br />2. ROLL CALL <br />Directors Present: Berger, Holt, Jacobsen, and Lange <br />Directors Absent: Gibson <br />Staff Present: General Manager Ward, Administrators Benton and Sorensen, and <br />Executive Secretary Ohren <br />3. SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS <br />4. ITEMS FROM THE PUBLIC <br />5. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />It was moved by Lange, seconded by Berger, and carried 4-0, to approve the <br />agenda as presented. <br />S. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />A. Minutes of September 20, 2001 Meeting <br />B. Warrants, Exhibits A - D, Total $353,129.77 <br />It was moved by Holt and seconded by Berger to approve the Consent <br />Calendar as presented. <br />Lange noted three minor inaccuracies in Item 6.A. Minutes of September 20, <br />2001. <br />The motion failed 0-4. <br />
