CALL TO ORDER AND FLAG SALUTE <br />Chair Jacobsen called the meeting to order at 7:31 p.m. and led the flag salute. <br />2. ROLL CALL <br />Directors Present: Berger, Gibson, Holt, Jacobsen, and Lange <br />Directors Absent: None <br />Staff Present: General Manager Ward, Administrators Jorgensen, Scott, and <br />Sorensen, and Executive Secretary Ohren <br />3. SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS <br />4. ITEMS FROM THE PUBLIC <br />5. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />It was moved by Lange, seconded by Holt, and carried 5-0, to approve the <br />agenda as presented. <br />6. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />A. Minutes of December 5, 2002 Meeting <br />B. Warrants, Exhibits A - D, Total $407,424.89 <br />It was moved by Holt, seconded by Berger, and carred 5-0, to approve <br />the Consent Calendar as presented. <br />7.
