Holt applauded the <br />cooperation and speed of their deliberations. <br />Dr. Dunlap discussed student demographic projections impacting CVUSD's <br />decisions. <br />Gibson said it was a fantastic deal for the community, and showed great <br />working relationships among all the entities involved. <br />It was moved by Gibson, seconded by Berger, and carried 5-0 to <br />authorize the General Manager to execute the submitted Memorandum <br />of Understanding (MOU) on behalf of the Conejo Recreation and Park <br />District. <br />On behalf of the Board, Jacobsen thanked Dr. Dunlap for her presence and <br />information provided. <br />9.
