DEFERRED MATTERS <br />None <br />8. NEW ITEMS <br />A. Authorization To Award Bid For Three Utility Bed Pickups, One 4x4 <br />Pickup, And One % Ton Pickup Truck To Paradise Chevrolet In The <br />Amount Of $111,251.84 <br />Marchesano invited questions. <br />In response to Lange's inquiry, Marchesano said that a database is <br />maintained to track and manage the fleet, and, based on cost benefit <br />analysis, selected vehicles are chosen for replacement. He discussed the <br />bid process. <br />It was moved by Berger, seconded by Lange, and carried 4-0 to award <br />the bid for three (3) utility bed pickups, 4x4 pickup, and % ton pickup <br />trucks to Paradise Chevrolet in the amount of $111,251.84, with <br />$89,441.84 from account 3404819 for the three (3) utility bed trucks and <br />$/4 -top pickup; and $21,810 from account 350-4819 (COSCA) for the 4x4 <br />pickup. <br />9.
