CALL TO ORDER AND FLAG SALUTE <br />Chair Jacobsen called the meeting to order at 7:39 p.m. and led the flag salute. <br />2. ROLL CALL <br />Directors Present: Berger, Holt, Jacobsen, and Lange <br />Directors Absent: Gibson <br />Staff Present: General Manager Ward, Administrators Jorgensen, Scott, and Sorensen, <br />and Administrative Secretary Dvorkin <br />3. SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS <br />None <br />4. ITEMS FROM THE PUBLIC <br />None <br />5. APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA <br />It was moved by Lange, seconded by Holt, and carried 4-0 to approve the agenda <br />as presented. <br />6. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />It was moved by Berger, seconded by Holt, and carried 4-0 to approve the <br />Consent Calendar as presented. <br />7. DEFERRED MATTERS <br />A. Public Hearing — Fiscal Year 2002-2003 Budget <br />Adoption of Proposed 2002-2003 Budget, Resolution Number 080802-A <br />Ward commented that the various budget components were presented at the <br />past few Board of Directors meetings, and indicated staff was available for <br />questions. <br />
