CONEJO RECREATION AND PARK DISTRICT <br />BOARD OF DIRECTORS REGULAR MEETING <br />MAY 23, 2002 <br />7:30 P.M. <br />GOEBEL SENIOR ADULT CENTER <br />MINUTES <br />1. CALL TO ORDER AND FLAG SALUTE <br />Chair Jacobsen called the meeting to order at 7:35 p.m., and Holt led the flag salute. <br />2. ROLL CALL <br />Directors Present: Berger, Holt, Jacobsen, and Lange <br />Directors Absent: Gibson <br />Staff Present: General Manager Ward, Administrators Jorgensen, Sorensen and <br />Scott, Park Superintendent Marchesano, and Executive Secretary Ohren <br />3. SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS <br />4. ITEMS FROM THE PUBLIC <br />Chuck Huffer, representing AYSO, Region 9, congratulated the District on its new <br />facility, and presented a plant for the new building and copies of a history of AYSO, <br />Region 9. <br />On behalf of the Board, Jacobsen thanked Huffer <br />5. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />It was moved by Holt, seconded by Lange, and carried 4-0, to approve the <br />agenda as corrected; the third page of the agenda to identify the first meeting <br />in June as June 6 not June 9. <br />6. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />A. Minutes of May 9, 2002 Meeting <br />B. Warrants, Exhibits A - C, Total $405,871,45 <br />
