CONEJO RECREATION AND PARK DISTRICT <br />BOARD OF DIRECTORS REGULAR MEETING <br />MARCH 28, 2002 <br />7:30 P.M. <br />GOEBEL SENIOR ADULT CENTER <br />MINUTES <br />1. CALL TO ORDER AND FLAG SALUTE <br />Chair Jacobsen called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m., and Lange led the flag <br />salute. <br />2. ROLL CALL <br />Directors Present: Berger, Gibson, Holt, Jacobsen, and Lange <br />Directors Absent: None <br />Staff Present: General Manager Ward, Administrators Jorgensen, Sorensen and <br />Scott, and Executive Secretary Ohren <br />3. SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS <br />4. ITEMS FROM THE PUBLIC <br />5. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />It was moved by Gibson, seconded by Holt, and carried 5-0, to approve the <br />agenda as presented. <br />6. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />A. Minutes of March 14, 2002 Meeting <br />Holt identified a typographical error, and Berger said that in Item 11.E. <br />Director's Reports it was Lange who reported on the annual VCSDA dinner. <br />It was moved by Lange, seconded by Holt, and carred 4-0, with Gibson <br />abstaining, to approve the minutes of March 14, 2002 as corrected; i.e. <br />correct the typographical error and reflect Lange's name in Item 11.E. <br />Director's Reports. <br />
