February 21, 2002 <br />Page 5 <br />It was moved by Berger, seconded by Holt, and carried 4-1, with Gibson <br />voting in opposition, to adopt Resolution Number 022102-A, a <br />resolution ordering the preparation of an Engineer's Report for the <br />district -wide Assessment District, that it be read in title only and all <br />further readings be waived. <br />C. Authorization To Execute All Documents Necessary To Conclude Sale <br />Of District's 3.12 -Acre Property On Rancho Conejo Blvd. (APN667-0- <br />340-01) <br />Ward stated that Baxter Healthcare Corporation has submitted a full price <br />offer of $2,175,000 for the "clubhouse site" on Rancho Conejo Blvd, no <br />particular concerns are anticipated, and a short escrow is expected. <br />It was moved by Gibson, seconded by Berger, and tamed 5-0 to <br />authorize the General Manager to execute all documents necessary to <br />conclude the transaction for the sale of the District's 3.12 -acre property <br />located on the 700 block of Rancho Conejo Blvd. (APN 667-0-340-01), <br />pursuant to the general terns of the offer submitted by Baxter <br />Healthcare Corporation, with the caveat that should any unforeseen <br />circumstances arise, relative to the qualification of the buyers or other <br />matters that would materially affect the transaction, the Board will be so <br />advised and requested to take action as appropriate. <br />9.
