In response to Jacobsen's inquiry, Ward said that it is expected that staff will be able to continue to occupy the building pending completion of improvements at 401 West Hillcrest. It was moved by Berger, seconded by Gibson, and carred 5-0 to execute all documents necessary to conclude the transaction for the sale of the District's property located at 155 East Wilbur Road, pursuant to the offer submitted by Harrison, Eichenberg and Murphy and/or their assignee, with the caveat that should any unforeseen circumstances arise relative to the qualification of the buyers or other matters that would materially affect the transaction, the Board will be so advised and requested to take action as appropriate. C. Authorization Of Seasonal Permit For 2002 Baseball Season To Westlake Baseball Association For Installation Of Temporary Fence Scott stated that Westlake Baseball Association has submitted their annual request to install a temporary chain-link fence at Triunfo Park Field #1, and staff recommendation is to grant the request. It was moved by Gibson, seconded by Berger, and carried 5-0 to authorize a seasonal permit for the 2002 baseball season to Westlake Baseball Association for installation of a temporary fence subject to conditions identified in the submitted documentation.
