CONEJO RECREATION AND PARK DISTRICT <br />BOARD OF DIRECTORS REGULAR MEETING <br />JANUARY 10, 2002 <br />7:30 P.M. <br />GOEBEL SENIOR ADULT CENTER <br />MINUTES <br />1. CALL TO ORDER AND FLAG SALUTE <br />Chair Gibson called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m., and Lange led the flag salute. <br />2. ROLL CALL <br />Directors Present: Berger, Gibson, Holt, Jacobsen, and Lange <br />Directors Absent: None <br />Staff Present: General Manager Ward, Administrators Jorgensen, Sorensen and <br />Scott, and Executive Secretary Ohren <br />3. SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS <br />4. ITEMS FROM THE PUBLIC <br />5. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />It was moved by Berger, seconded by Holt, and carried 5-0, to approve the <br />agenda as presented. <br />6. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />A. Minutes Of December 20, 2001 Meeting <br />B. Warrants, Exhibits A - E, Total $634,924.32 <br />Gibson noted that, relative to the minutes of December 20, Items 1 and 15 should be <br />changed to reflect Jacobsen not Gibson. <br />It was moved by Lange, seconded by Holt, and carried 5-0, to approve the <br />Consent Calendar as modified; i.e., Items 1 and 15 changed to reflect <br />Jacobsen. <br />
