He <br />said the recommended language is in compliance. <br />It was moved by Gibson, seconded by Holt, and carried " to amend <br />the Stability Pay paid to the General Manager, Assistant General <br />Manager and Administrators, effective January 1, 2004. <br />E. Recommendation To Authorize District To Accept Parcel A Adjacent <br />To Wildwood Park In Accordance With Adjusted Condition Of LD <br />680/HPD 98-75 <br />Friedl provided background information, referenced the documentation, and <br />said that in 1998 a 4.55 -acre parcel north of Bainbridge Court in Thousand <br />Oaks was subdivided for residential development into four lots and one <br />open space parcel, and staff recommendation is to authorize the District to <br />accept Parcel A. <br />It was moved by Holt, seconded by Berger, and carried 5-0 to <br />authorize the District to accept Parcel A, in accordance with the <br />adjusted condition of LD 680IHPD 98-75. <br />9.
