He reviewed <br />the bid process, identified the responding vendors and the low bidder, Duke <br />Pacific Inc. of Chino. <br />In response to Board inquiries, Sorensen said that Duke Pacific Inc., has no <br />prior experience with the District, but it specializes in this work, and a <br />January installation is anticipated. <br />
