CALL TO ORDER AND FLAG SALUTE <br />Chair Lange called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m., and Pluth led the flag salute. <br />2. ROLL CALL <br />Directors Present: Berger.. Gibson, Holt, Jacobsen and Lange <br />Directors Absent: None <br />Staff Present: General Manager Ward, Administrators Jorgensen and Scott, Senior <br />Park Planner Pluth, Park Superintendent Marchesano and Executive Secretary Ohren <br />3. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />A. Approval Of Minutes Of October 16, 2003 Meeting <br />B. Approval Of Warrants, Exhibit A <br />Accounts Payable Check Registers Total $283,735.36 <br />Payroll Total $237,721.96 <br />It was moved by Gibson, seconded by Berger, and carried 5-0, to approve <br />the Consent Calendar as presented. <br />7.
