CONEJO RECREATION AND PARK DISTRICT <br />BOARD OF DIRECTORS REGULAR MEETING <br />MARCH 13, 2003 <br />7:30 P.M. <br />HILLCREST CENTER <br />MINUTES <br />1. CALL TO ORDER AND FLAG SALUTE <br />Chair Lange called the meeting to order at 7:32 p.m., and Andrea Koval and <br />Patty Hamm led the flag salute. <br />2. ROLL CALL <br />Directors Present: Berger, Gibson, Holt, Jacobsen, and Lange <br />Directors Absent: None <br />Staff Present: General Manager Ward, Administrators Scott and Sorensen , <br />Recreation Manager Wiley, Senior Park Planner Pluth, and Executive Secretary <br />Ohren <br />Scott introduced new hires Andrea Koval, Recreation Supervisor of Goebel <br />Senior Adult Center, and Patty Hamm, Recreation Supervisor of Borchard <br />Community Center. On behalf of the Board, Lange welcomed them. <br />3. SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS <br />4. ITEMS FROM THE PUBLIC <br />Chuck Huffer, representing AYSO, thanked the Board and staff, especially Pluth, <br />for their support and efforts in developing and presenting the Conejo Creek South <br />Master Plan proposal to the Thousand Oaks Planning Commission. <br />5. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />It was moved by Holt, seconded by Berger, and carried 5-0, to approve the <br />agenda as presented. <br />6. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />A.
