CALL TO ORDER AND FLAG SALUTE <br />Chair Lange called the meeting to order at 7:31 p.m., and John Prescott led the flag <br />salute. <br />2. ROLL CALL <br />Directors Present: Berger, Gibson, Holt, Jacobsen, and Lange <br />Directors Absent: None <br />Staff Present: General Manager Ward, Administrators Jorgensen, Scott, and <br />Sorensen, Senior Park Planner Pluth, and Executive Secretary Ohren <br />3. SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS <br />4. ITEMS FROM THE PUBLIC <br />5. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />It was moved by Gibson, seconded by Berger, and carried 5-0, to approve <br />the agenda as presented. <br />6. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />A. Minutes of January 23, 2003 Meeting <br />The motion to approve the minutes as presented by Lange carried 4-0, <br />with Gibson abstaining. <br />B. Warrants, Exhibits A - B, Total $608,803.10 <br />It was moved by Jacobsen, seconded by Berger, and carried 5-0, to <br />approve the Consent Calendar as presented. <br />
