Administration Division Report <br />Robertson said she had no report, but would be happy to answer questions . <br />In response to Jacobsen's inquiry, Robertson highlighted the District's <br />computer and telephone technology at Hillcrest Center and throughout the <br />District, including a new high speed printer -scanner -copier that is being <br />tested. <br />D. General Manager's Report <br />Ward noted the proposed model agenda coversheet. <br />He said that the District will seek to participate in the budget review process <br />regarding proposed budget and potential capital projects using Dos Vientos <br />Development Agreement funds, the District and COSCA have been past <br />recipients of developer fees, and Kimber Park was funded in part with such <br />fees. <br />Ward reported that as a result of Holt's suggestion, staff research indicates <br />that displaying the flag at various District sites would be costly. Holt said that <br />she appreciated the efforts of staff. She encouraged the concept of <br />identifying and promoting the District whenever possible. <br />E. Directors' Reports <br />Holt said that the community grand opening of the new Fitzgerald Center <br />expansion project is January 12, it is an outstanding facility, and she urged all <br />to visit. <br />Lange said that Mountains Recreation and Conservation Authority (MRCA) <br />rangers and equipment supported firefighters during the recent fires in <br />Malibu; Jacobsen and he attended the January 7 Ventura County Special <br />Districts Association (VCSDA) candidate forum meeting to elected an <br />alternate representative to LAFCO, and there are several viable candidates. <br />Lange reported that on behalf of themselves and their neighbors Steven and <br />Gail Gillis called to express appreciation for the District's immediate response <br />to the problem of off-road driving in Conejo Creek Park South. <br />
