CALL TO ORDER AND FLAG SALUTE <br />Chair Jacobsen called the meeting to order at 7:34 p.m. and led the flag salute. <br />2. ROLL CALL <br />Directors Present: Berger, Holt, Jacobsen, and Lange <br />Directors Absent: Gibson <br />Staff Present: General Manager Ward, Administrators Scott and Sorensen, <br />Accounting Supervisor Robertson, Senior Park Planner Pluth, and Executive <br />Secretary Ohren <br />3. Warrants, Exhibits A - B, Total $583,519.22 <br />It was moved by Berger, seconded by Holt, and carred 4-0, to approve <br />the Consent Calendar as presented. <br />7.
