CALL TO ORDER AND FLAG SALUTE <br />Chair Holt called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m., and Marchesano led the flag <br />salute. <br />2. ROLL CALL <br />Directors Present: Berger, Gibson, Holt, Jacobsen and Lange <br />Directors Absent: None <br />Staff Present: General Manager Ward, Assistant General Manager Friedl, <br />Administrator Lewanda, Parks Superintendent Marchesano, Recreation <br />Supervisor/Sports Lukes and Executive Secretary Ohren <br />3. SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS <br />Administration Of Oath Of Office To Directors Jacobsen And Lange <br />Ward administered the oath of office and congratulated Directors Jacobsen and <br />Lange. <br />4. ITEMS FROM THE PUBLIC <br />5. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />It was moved by Berger, seconded by Lange, and carried 5-0, to approve the <br />agenda as presented. <br />6. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />A.
