REPORTS AND ANNOUNCEMENTS <br />A. Budget Performance Report — April 2004 — No Comment <br />B. Correspondence Relative To Open Space District (OSD) Formation <br />And Funding <br />Gibson explained that the formation process is continuing and a final <br />hearing by Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCO) on June 9 is <br />expected. <br />C. Activity Summary — No Comment <br />11. DEPARTMENT REPORTS <br />A. Park Division Report <br />Friedl reported that at Conejo Creek South the equestrian trail will be <br />opened as soon as possible, hopefully by mid June or mid July, and <br />installation of American Youth Soccer Organization (AYSO) lighting is <br />expected to begin the week of June 1. <br />Gibson suggested that relevant trail information be published in the ETI <br />monthly newsletter. <br />Friedl said that staff has been in communication with local residents <br />regarding Glenwood Park. <br />B. Recreation Division Report <br />Benton identified and highlighted upcoming recreation events, including: <br />Autism Field Day, May 28; BOC Skateboard Contest, May 29, GSAC <br />Medicare Seminar, June 4, BOC/Conejo Creek Summer Sign -Ups, DVD <br />
