Public Hearing To Consider Adoption Of Resolution 051304-A, Ordering <br />Levy Of Annual Assessment For Landscape Maintenance District 92-1 <br />Holt declared the Public Hearing open. <br />Friedl referenced the documentation and stated that Resolution 051304-A <br />confirms and approves the final Engineer's Report for LIVID 92-1 (Rancho <br />Conejo), and staff recommendation is to adopt the resolution. <br />He noted the presence of Mark Risco of MuniFinancial, and said he was <br />available to answer questions. <br />As no one was in attendance who wished to address the Board, the Public <br />Hearing was closed. <br />It was moved by Berger, seconded by Jacobsen, and carried 4-0 to adopt <br />Resolution No. 051304-A ordering the levy of assessments for LIVID 92-1 <br />(Rancho Conejo); that it be read in title only and all other readings be <br />waived. <br />B. Public Hearing To Consider Adoption Of Resolution 051304-13, Ordering <br />Levy Of Annual Assessment For Landscape Maintenance District 94-1 <br />Holt declared the Public Hearing open. <br />Friedl referenced the documentation, and stated that Resolution 051304-B <br />confirms and approves the final Engineer's Report for LIVID 94-1 (Dos <br />Vientos), the District complied with legal public notification requirements, and <br />no calls or written comments from the public were received, relative to LIVID <br />94-1 or LIVID 92-1. <br />As no one was in attendance who wished to address the Board, the Public <br />Hearing was closed. <br />It was moved by Jacobsen, seconded by Lange, and carried 4-0 to adopt <br />Resolution No. 051304-B ordering the levy of assessments for LMD 94-1 <br />(Dos Vientos); that it be read in title only and all other readings be <br />waived. <br />
