Park Division Report <br />Friedl reported that the AYSO (American Youth Soccer Organization) <br />agreement and the annual Engineer's Report relative to assessment district <br />documentation will soon be presented to the Board; and Conejo Creek South <br />storm water mitigation facilities were damaged during the recent rains, but no <br />private property was affected. <br />In response to Gibson's inquiries, Friedl said the District has had no contact <br />with the boys who were recently hurt on COSCA property near Arroyo <br />Conejo, and the development schedule of the proposed Dos Vientos softball <br />fields has yet to be determined. <br />Concluding, he said that visits to Lang Ranch Dam are scheduled for March <br />10 and 17. <br />B. Recreation Division Report <br />Benton reported that at Borchard Community Center, the Spring Arts and <br />Crafts Festival is scheduled for March 6 and 7; the Outdoor Unit will conduct <br />the Full Moon Hike at Wildwood Park on March 6; Therapeutics will host the <br />annual Thousand Oaks Youth Commission Dance at Thousand Oaks Teen <br />Center on March 13; the Spring Fling Lasagna Dinner, hosted by the Goebel <br />Senior Adult Center billiard players, is scheduled for March 20; Sports and <br />
